SMG’s Wilson Goes To Jacksonville

Larry Wilson has been named GM for SMG-operated venues in Jacksonville, Fla.

Wilson replaces Bob Downey.

Wilson will oversee day-to-day operations at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts, Prime Osborn Convention Center and Jacksonville Equestrian Center.

He most recently worked in Charlottesville, Va., where he was in charge of several venues including John Paul Jones Arena.
