Pollstar Live! 2010 Coverage
The inaugural Pollstar Live! conference took place at the brand new J.W. Marriott in Los Angeles Feb. 16-17.
With the help of AEG’s Tim Leiweke, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and other dignitaries, Pollstar was honored to cut the ribbon on the newest addition to the L.A. LIVE entertainment complex.
The more than 1,000 delegates, when not outside in perfect L.A. weather, attended panels that focused on topics from ticketing to casino buying to how to get bands back together.
And from what we heard, the startup crew for the Marriott did a fantastic job under the pressures of the hotel’s shakedown cruise.
