Another Freedom Hill Suit

Freedom Hill Amphitheatre in Sterling Heights, Mich., is again being sued, this time by Live Nation.

The amphitheatre’s owner, Hillside Productions, is being sued for $320,000 for five concerts Live Nation promoted at the shed last year.

LN claims Hillside has withheld the money. Live Nation had no comment at press time and a spokesman for the amphitheatre told Pollstar that he had just received the complaint and had no comment.

Freedom Hill has had a litigious history, with a near-decade of lawsuits back-and-forth between Hillside, the city and Macomb County.
