Prince Theatre Sale Delayed

Prince Music Theatre in Philadelphia won’t be going on the auction block just yet.

A judge June 29 approved TDBank’s plan to put the 446-capacity venue up for sale as a foreclosure July 13.

The bank reportedly didn’t follow through advertising the property in a timely manner and the sale was postponed.

The nonprofit theatre is said to owe TDBank $4.83 million in long-term loans and renegotiations are at an impasse.
