Vince Neil Accused Of Assault

A woman has accused Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil of assaulting her in an elevator at the Las Vegas Hilton.

Although the singer wasn’t arrested, the woman filed a misdemeanor battery complaint with Las Vegas police on Sunday. Two other people also gave statements.

TMZ has identified the woman as Jessica Radovicz. In a video posted on TMZ.com, Radovicz explains that she was trying to return to her room at the Hilton when she stepped into an elevator that was occupied by Neil.

She realized she was sharing an elevator with a celebrity but couldn’t place the face.

The woman asked the rocker, “Excuse me, sir. Don’t I know you from somewhere? Aren’t you on TV?”

Radovicz claims that rather than responding, the rocker “yelled at me, grabbed me by the arms, threw me against the wall.”

After shoving her against the elevator buttons, Radovicz said that Neil started calling her names.

In the video Radovicz shows bruises on both of her arms and says, “These are all from [Neil’s] hands.”

She ends the video with a statement.

“I just wanted to say that I really don’t think that anybody should be treated like this. And I don’t think that just because you’re a celebrity you should be able to get away with something like that. Not only are you a celebrity, but you’re a male and you’re hurting a female. … How could you do something like that? I just don’t understand.”

Police are investing Radovicz’s claims.

The singer owns a cantina at the Las Vegas Hilton called Vince Neil’s Tres Rios Cantina. Neil also owns a number of Las Vegas tattoo shops, a bar called Feelgoods Rock Bar and Grill and a luxury air charter service headquartered in a private terminal at Las Vegas’ McCarran International Airport.
