Mars will plead guilty to felony cocaine possession, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, and will pay a $2,000 fine and perform 200 hours of community service, attending drug counseling and staying out of trouble.
If the 25-year-old is successful, he will be allowed to withdraw his plead and the case will be dismissed, the paper said. A preliminary hearing Feb. 4 will be be waived and a hearing will be scheduled for the guilty plea.
Mars was arrested Sept. 19 at the hotel after security confronted him a restaurant.
