The Walkmen & The New Pornographers Co-Bill Tour

The Walkmen and The New Pornographers have both announced new tour dates including a co-bill spring U.S. tour.

The co-headline dates begin April 22 at The Vogue in Indianapolis. Shows are on the books through an April 29 gig at The Blue Note in Columbia, Mo.

Additional co-headline dates include House of Blues in Cleveland April 23; The Town Ballroom in Buffalo, N.Y., April 25; Bogart’s in Cincinnati April 26; University Of Iowa in Iowa City April 27; and Canopy Club in Urbana, Ill., April 28.

After parting ways with the Canadian indie band, The Walkmen will take their show to Europe. The group has lined up May 18-28 headline gigs in Turkey, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland. The Walkmen will also play a set at San Miguel Primavera Sound festival May 26 at Parc del Forum in Barcelona, Spain.

Previously announced Walkmen dates include a round of early March shows in New Orleans and Texas.

The New Pornographers recently announced a number of U.S. shows featuring Menomena. Those dates include gigs at Fox Theatre in Boulder, Colo., April 13; Sunshine Theatre in Albuquerque, N.M., April 14; The Marquee in Tempe, Ariz., April 15; and The Regenecy Ballroom in San Francisco April 18.

Fans can also find The New Pornographers at Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival April 16 at Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif., followed by a show at Rio Theatre in Santa Cruz, Calif., April 17.
