Blame it on the weather. KGO News Talk radio announced the forecast predicting rain for the San Francisco Bay Area forced the move. The noon-time show was originally planned to take place outdoors in the city’s Castro District. The concert will air on “Good Morning America” March 29.

Although tickets for the event are free, there is a $3.50 service charge per ticket for the general admission concert and you will need to show your printed Ticketmaster receipt for entry.  There is a two ticket limit per customer.

Speaking of tickets, the show goes up today at 9 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time today. Feeling lucky? Click here to see if Britney will make your day.
