Limp Fight Turns Fatal

Limp Bizkit was dragged into a Queensland court case over roommates who got into a fight over the band’s tunes.

A Brisbane Supreme Court jury heard that on May 25, 2009, a fight broke out between flatmates Emmanuel McPherson and James Albert Madden during a drinking session.

He objected to Madden playing a Bizkit CD on his stereo.

A fight broke out, and Madden is accused of beating the older man to death with a bottle and stomping his head.

Police allege Madden dumped McPherson’s body into a creek.

Madden has pleaded not guilty. But police say they have tapes of Madden confessing to a cellmate who turned out to be an undercover cop.
