Andy Dick Sued

Robert Tucker claims in his lawsuit the comedian, at a Dallas performance, walked into the audience dressed in women’s clothes.

He alleges Dick approached him and “pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact that he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt.”

The comedian then allegedly “forced his genitals against the left side of [Tucker’s] face. Tucker claims the alleged incident left him “degraded and humiliated” and says he has been ridiculed by his coworkers, according to the New York Post.

He is seeking unspecified damages. The lawsuit cites Dick’s January 2010 arrest on felony sexual abuse charges after allegations he groped a bouncer and patron at a Huntington, W.Va., bar.
