“The amount of e-mails I have received from fans begging to put on a show like this has been overwhelming,” owner Andrew McManus said. “To have all these guys on the one bill is huge.”

In other Aussie tour news, Pink’s guitarist Justin Derrico returns for MJS Artists for eight club dates behind his solo album Boldly Going Nowhere.

“Australia’s like a second home,” he says, recalling Pink’s 60-date three month tour two years ago.

Bay Area thrash band Forbidden will make its first headlining tour downunder with six club dates July 30 to Aug. 6. The final show, at the Corner Hotel in Melbourne, is as part of the bill for the High Voltage festival.
