Music Is Better Than Sex

Listening to music is better than sex, according to one-third of the participants in a survey by music equipment giant Audio-Technica.

Almost 96 percent claimed they would rather give up films for a year over their music, with a further 73 percent opting to ditch live sports. Just less than 40 percent said they’d give up TV for music.

The survey also examined how people like to express their love of music in public; 74 percent admitted to spontaneously breaking into song while driving, 20 percent openly sing at work, 15 percent sing in the street and 11 percent have even danced in the street while listening to their iPod.

About 90 percent admit to having been caught doing at least one of these things.
