Robertson-Taylor Co-Founder Dies

Willie Robertson, co-founder of live entertainment broker Robertson Taylor, died from cancer July 9.

Robertson was also a founding member of music charity Nordoff Robbins.

Robertson formed the brokerage in 1977 with partners Bob Taylor and Ian France. It is one of the best-known entertainment insurance companies in the world.

Taylor said Robertson was a “prolific producer of business and a tough and challenging partner” but also said he was a friend and partner for 40 years and “to say he will leave a gap in our lives is truly an understatement.”
