(Sept. 19); Ridegfield, Conn (Sept. 21); Minneapolis (Sept. 29); Seattle (Oct. 7); Portland, Ore. (Oct. 8); San Diego (Oct. 16); and Tempe, Ariz. (Oct. 17).

The following cities enter presale mode beginning July 21: Covington, Ky. (Aug. 27); Boston (Sept. 23); New York City (Sept. 26); Spokane, Wash. (Oct. 10); Dallas (Oct. 20); and Houston (Oct. 23).
