Spears Disses Ex-Bodyguard Claims

Reps for Britney Spears claim her ex-bodyguard Fernando Flores, who is suing her for sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress, is lying to profit at her expense in his recent court filing that alleges the singer uses drugs, has disgusting personal habits and mistreats her children.

Flores’ $10 million lawsuit, filed Sept. 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court, now includes allegations the singer was taking a combination of methamphetamine and drugs used to treat heroin or morphine addiction, chain-smoked, was rude and foul-mouthed, verbally abusive and her personal hygiene was non-existent.

The lawsuit already accuses Spears of traumatizing Flores, employed by Advanced Security Concepts at the time, by walking around naked or nearly naked in front of him and beckoning him to her room for sex, among other claims.

Lawyers for Spears filed their own motion saying that Flores’ allegations are fictitious and self-serving.

“Flores has now filed a First Amended Complain (“FAC”) that continues to embellish on his tale of lewd and sensational allegations – which he has already sold to the tabloids prior to the filing of the instant actions,” court papers said. “Flores’ allegations remain false as aptly demonstrated by his own post-termination written request to ASC seeking to return to his job as a security guard at Ms. Spears’ home.”
