UTA Opening NYC

United Talent Agency is branching out to the East Coast with plans to open a New York City office in November.

Several agents including TV Talent co-head Nancy Gates, alternative television agent Alison Wallach and talent agent Steven Fisher will make the move from Los Angeles, according to Deadline Hollywood.

There was no word of whether any agents from the music department will make the move, but UTA is expected to make several agent hires for NYC to round out the agency’s presence in film, television, theater, digital media and corporate consulting, Deadline said.
