Madge’s First Post-WB Album

Madonna confirmed she plans to release her next album – the first under her all-encompassing rights deal with Live Nation – in spring 2012.

Madge made the announcement during an interview in Italy where she was promoting her directorial effort, “W.E.,” at the Venice Film Festival.

She told Swedish media she has done a “little bit of work” in the studio but intends to return to New York to complete the album.

Initial singles are expected to be released in February or March.
