Stars Added To Charlie Daniels’ Kids Concert

Scheduled for Nov. 21 at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, this year’s Christmas 4 Kids concert had already tapped Phil Vassar and Sawyer Brown for the night’s festivities. Of course, the Charlie Daniels Band will be playing as well.

For more than 25 years the non-profit Christmas 4 Kids organization has been making the holidays a little brighter for underprivileged youngsters by creating a special day where more than 400 children from 29 different schools are treated to a day-long shopping binge. Included is transportation via an entertainer’s tour bus, a lunch, and a party hosted by Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus from College Heights Baptist Church. The day is topped off by a brand new coat and a $150 shopping spree. Of course, proceeds from the Christmas 4 Kids concerts help make it all possible.

Tickets for this year’s Christmas 4 Kids concert will become available through the organization’s website Sept. 15 with Tier One tix priced at $60 and Tier Two carrying a $32.50 price tag. Any remaining Tier Two tickets will go up on Ticketmaster Oct. 21. Click here for more information.
