Kylie, Wiggles To Be Inducted

Kylie Minogue and The Wiggles will be inducted into the ARIA (Australian Recording Industry Association) Hall of Fame at the ARIA awards.

The ceremony will be at Allphones Arena in Sydney Nov. 27, broadcast on digital channel Go! after the awards failed to secure free-to-air broadcasting partner.

Minogue, who celebrates her 25th year in music, has won nine ARIA awards.

Over the last 20 years, The Wiggles have sold more than 23 million DVDs and 7 million CDs worldwide.

Nov. 4 saw the release of Rewiggled, a tribute album featuring contemporary Australian acts including The Living End and Sarah Blasko.

Former inductees into the ARIA Hall of Fame are AC/DC, INXS, Paul Kelly and Olivia Newton-John.
