Puscifer Has More ‘Parole’ To Do
The band, which is fronted by Tool / A Perfect Circle singer Maynard James Keenan, released Conditions Of My Parole in October via Puscifer Entertainment.
Puscifer’s live show isn’t a typical rock concert. The Boston Globe calls the shows “musical theatre.” The group has been known to show off pre-recorded skits in-between tunes featuring Keenan as “alter-egos Major Douche and white-trash hero Billy D,” according to Philadelphia Weekly.
The 2012 dates begin Feb. 23 in Austin, Texas, at The Long Center For The Performing Arts. The tour wraps March 18 in Escondido, Calif., at California Center For The Arts.
The group will also play Baton Rouge, La. (Feb. 25); Memphis (Feb. 26); Nashville (Feb. 28); Louisville, Ky. (Feb. 29); Cincinnati (March 3); Indianapolis (March 4); Kansas City, Mo. (March 6); Omaha, Neb. (March 7); and Portland, Ore. (March 14).
Canadian stops include Edmonton, Alberta (March 10); Calgary, Alberta (March 11); and Vancouver, British Columbia (March 13).
Tickets for all shows go on sale Dec. 16. A limited number of VIP packages will be available via Puscifer’s Front Gate Tickets page.
