With his 2011 album Chief contending for Grammy’s best country album honor, Church has plenty to sing about these days. Ticket demand for his “Blood, Sweat & Bears” tour has resulted in another round of dates, giving his dedicated fan base – the Church Choir – even more good times to look forward to.

Describing Church as a “country music artist” is probably a bit of an understatement. The man knows how to rock a room with a stage presence that is more than a little reminiscent of a young Bruce Springsteen or a 1970s Bob Seger.

New stops on the schedule include Jonesboro, Ark., at the ASU Convocation Center March 9; New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom March 14; Orlando’s UCF Arena March 23; St. Louis at the Chaifetz Arena April 20; Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena May 5; Minneapolis at the Target Center May 17 and Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre May 19.

Opening acts for various dates include Brantley Gilbert, Sonia Leigh, Blackberry Smoke, Jon Pardi, The Cadillac Black and Drake White.

Many new additions go up this weekend. VIP packages for individual dates include an exclusive pre-party concert plus a backstage performance by Church. Visit EricChurch.com for more information.
