Wack And Yellow?

Pittsburgh-based rapper Maxamillion is suing Wiz Khalifa, claiming Khalifa’s hit “Black and Yellow” rips off elements of his own song, “Pink ’N’ Yellow.”

The lawsuit, filed in Pennsylvania federal court, accuses Khalifa, aka Cameron Jibril Thomaz, his management and label Rostrum Records and several others of fraud and deceit, copyright infringement, civil conspiracy and unjust enrichment among the charges.

Maxamillion, aka Max Gregory Warren, claims Thomaz et al conspired to steal his song that was recorded in 2007 and copyrighted in 2008. “Black And Yellow” was said to be copyrighted last year.

The lawsuit seeks more than $1 million in punitive damages and $750,000 in actual damages.
