After appearing at Kanye West’s SXSW showcase last year, Jay-Z is returning to the festival for a collaboration with American Express and Twitter.

“Amex Sync Show Presenting Jay-Z” takes place March 12 at Austin City Limits Live At The Moody Theater.

To get tickets to the event, you need to be a SXSW Interactive badge holder who has an American Express Card – or befriend someone with an Amex. Card members must sync their American Express cards with their Twitter accounts for a chance to be in the audience along with one guest who is also a SXSW registrant.

Tickets will be given out on a first come, first serve basis at the American Express booth at the Austin Convention Center this Saturday, March 10 at 7 a.m. CST.

If you can’t make it to Austin and/or don’t have an Amex, the show will be streamed at YouTube.com/AmericanAmerican March 12 at 7 p.m. CST, in addition to being available on the VEVO mobile and tablet platforms. The performance will be rebroadcast on-demand from March 13-19 at Twitter.com/americanexpress, YouTube.com/American Express and on Xbox LIVE.

Card members who sync up their Amex cards can take advantage of exclusive offers that will be unlocked during the livestream.

Fans can help Jay-Z pick his setlist by tweeting song requests using the hashtags #JAYZSyncShow and #Song.
