Stapp Plays For Troops

Scott Stapp of Creed fame performed for American troops stationed in Japan in early March and visited the areas in northern Japan devastated by last year’s earthquake.

He went to the town of Ishinomaki, where he visited a school and met survivors in a shelter. He also sang at a homeless center.

Throughout his trip he Tweeted his impressions and encouraged his fans in the U.S. to “not forget the orphans, widows and families that lost every possession they have known” and support American soldiers who are “providing medical care, meals and shelter.”
