Sugarland To Testify

Kristian Bush of Sugarland must join lead singer Jennifer Nettles in testifying next month in lawsuits over August’s deadly Indiana State Fair stage collapse.

A court order made public March 27 said Sugarland attorneys must provide possible dates between April 2 and April 13 when Bush and Nettles can give depositions on the events of Aug. 13, when high winds toppled a stage and rigging before the duo’s concert, killing seven people and injuring dozens.

The testimony will focus on whether Sugarland resisted delaying the start of their concert despite threatening weather.
