Presented as part of the Music Masters Camp Series at Full Moon Resort in Big Indian, N.Y., and scheduled for Aug. 13-17, the camp combines five days of camping with a musical experience most fans only dream of.

With Belew you get the most excellent guitarist’s legacy of playing with folks ranging from David Bowie to Paul Simon to Nine Inch Nails to Mariah Carey. Known for his past three decades with King Crimson, Belew’s own band, The Bears, has been rocking steadily for the past 25 years.

Levin’s history is pretty much a who’s who of popular music. The bassist’s resume includes playing with John Lennon, Pink Floyd, Peter Gabriel, Yes, Alice Cooper, Carly Simon, Judy Collins and Paul Simon. A multi-talented individual, Levin has released five solo albums, authored three books and has had several exhibitions of his photography. When not working with King Crimson Levin often tours with his own band, Stick Men. As if that isn’t enough to keep most people busy, Levin also plays in jazz band L’Image with Stave Gadd and Mike Mainieri.

Drummer Mastelotto’s credentials are equally impressive, having played with Mr. Mister, XTC and, of course, King Crimson. His first solo album, the recently released Recidivate, featured appearances by Steven Wilson of Porcupine Tree, Flower Kings’ Roine Stolt and Jonas Reingold, and King Crimson founder Robert Fripp. Mastelotto also brings the beat to Levin’s Stick Men.

The Three Of A Perfect Pair Music Camp gives you plenty of choices to get away from it all while in the company of three great musicians. Featuring everything from primitive camping to country cottages, the Full Moon Resort offers a spring-fed swimming pool, and the splendor of the Catskills.

But perhaps the Full Moon Resort’s best feature is its lack of cell phone reception, giving you a chance to unplug from the world while hanging with Belew, Levin and Mastelotto in the great outdoors. Visit ThreeOfAPerfectPair.com for more information.
