Kottonmouth Kings’ Pakelika Dies

Patrick “Pakelika” Cochrun, former member of Kottonmouth Kings, died from health complications Aug. 11.

Cochrun, the tall, masked hype man of the group, was admitted into a hospital for an asthma attack and died of cardiac arrest, according to the band.

Cochrun left the group in 2010 because of internal conflicts and to pursue an acting career.

Cochrun, who stood 6’7” and had a penchant for wearing masks, was known for his dance moves and onstage silence. His age was not known at press time.
