Usher will have to bundle up when he takes his “Euphoria” tour to Europe. The soul singer will plow through winter on the continent with stops in the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland, U.K., Sweden, France and more.

At this time the game plan calls for Usher to play 21 cities across the pond in support of his Looking 4 Myself album.
