Another Hit For Flo Rida

Flo Rida, who is appealing his $390,000 payment to promoter Mothership Music for his no-show at last October’s Fat As Butter festival in Australia, was delivered a further blow.

He was ordered by the New South Wales Appeals Court to provide $21,000 for potential court costs by Mothership.

Justice Anthony Meagher insisted the appeal would not proceed until the cash is delivered.

Earlier, when Mothership complained of difficulties in serving papers on the U.S. rapper, the court authorized using Facebook.
