What’s not to like about the multi-instrumentalist’s escape to California’s Napa Valley featuring jazz and vino? Scheduled for June 5-9 at venues such as the Napa Valley Opera House and Lincoln Theater, the 2013 lineup includes Take 6, Ray Parker Jr., Larry Graham & Graham Central Station, sax-men Eric Darius and Michael Lington, guitarist Nick Colionne, DW3 and special guest, comedian Sinbad.

There will also be a reunion of BWB with Norman Brown, Kirk Whalum and Rick Braun.

While ticket packages are currently on sale and are available in four phases, it’s the VIP packages that make Getaway extra-special, giving fans opportunities to experience intimate performances such as Culbertson playing piano in the wine cave at Miner Family Winery. Other wineries hosting small, up-close-and-personal moments include Silver Oak and Chimney Rock.

In addition to all the live music, the Getaway offers opportunities to mingle with the artists while dining, during wine receptions, autograph sessions, or even at the golf tournament at Silverado Resort & Spa. There will also be casual, late-night mixing at the Westin Verasa Napa.

Available tickets for the Napa Valley Jazz Getaway include VIP five-day, Gold four-day and Silver two-day passes. For more information, click here for the official website.
