Leonard Cohen On The Wire
The tour gives you another chance to experience the legendary singer/songwriter/poet perform his ageless songs such as “Suzanne,” “I’m Your Man” and “Hallelujah.” With the Webb Sisters providing backup vocals, Cohen returns with his incredibly talented band consisting of his collaborator Sharon Robinson along with bassist Roscoe Beck as musical director, Neil Larsen on keyboards, guitarist Mitch Watkins, Javier Mass on bandurria, laud, archilaud and 12-string guitar, and drummer Rafael Gayol and violinist Alexandru Bublitchi fiddling “something so sublime.”
Presented by AEG Live and in Canada CBCMusic.ca, the March-April journey celebrates Cohen’s 12th album, Old Ideas, which debuted at number one across the globe, becoming his highest charting album of his career.
