Paradigm’s Big Picnic
Paradigm is launching a music label, with a financial boost from private investors, called Big Picnic Records.
Marty Diamond, who heads up the East Coast music division, will provide A&R support for the fledgling label, with distribution coming from Sony’s RED Music.
Patti Hauseman takes the reigns as Big Picnic’s general manager.
“It seems like a logic outgrowth of our efforts to support the development of new artists,” Diamond said in a statement. The artists signed thus far are unique and very exciting.”
Among the signings are British artists Wall and Foxes, and L.A.’s Johnnyswim.
