Pet Shop Boys Go ‘Electric’
Scheduled to drop July 15 on the Pet Shop Boys’ own x2 label, Electric includes eight new tunes along with a cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “The Last To Die.” A teaser video for the album that included the opening track, “Axis” emerged online in March and is now available in full.
The Pet Shop Boys’ “Electric” tour is created in collaboration with creative director/designer Es Devlin and stage director/choreographer Lynne Page. If you can’t wait for the Pet Shop Boys to land on these shores in September, you can catch the group playing festival gigs and headline shows in Europe during the summer. In August the Pet Shop Boys head to Japan for the Summer Sonic and Sonic Mania festivals.
