Ticketfly Targeting Top Fans

Ticketfly has released an applications suite that identifies and rewards return customers, according to the ticketing company.

Ticketfly’s Fanbase uses an algorithm to rank fans based on a number of factors including attendance, tickets purchased, social sharing stats, spending and sales generated from social activity, the company said. Top fans can then be targeted with offers for exclusive presales, premium seating, merchandise and VIP access.

Clients participating in a beta version of Fanbase have seen success running incentive programs around tweeting and Facebook sharing, Ticketfly said, with 92 percent noting they plan to continue to use the applications to tap their top customers.
