Cro-Mags Founder Is Sued

The founder of Cro-Mags  as been hit with a lawsuit by two men who claim he stabbed them last summer during a concert at New York City’s Webster Hall.

Harley Flanagan was arrested last July on assault charges after allegedly attacking current Cro-Mags member Michael Couls and former member William Bernardo Jr. with a knife in a dressing room before the show.

The charges were eventually dismissed in December. Couls and Bernardo Jr.’s suit also lays blame on Webster Hall and CBGB, which sponsored the event, for failing to provide adequate security at the show, according to documents obtained by the New York Daily News.
