Man Killed Leaving Concert

Scranton, Pa., police have arrested a suspect in the death of a pedestrian after a Jason Aldean concert at Toyota Pavilion At Montage Mountain Aug. 25.

Police said a 33-year-old man was struck by an SUV at about 10 p.m. He later died of his injuries at a nearby hospital.

A 23-year-old woman allegedly driving the SUV was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Charges are pending results of a blood test. The accident caused a major traffic jam for concertgoers leaving the venue.
