Windish’s New COO

Dates is a 12-year veteran of William Morris, where he was CFO.

Also joining the Windish Agency are Alex Rabens, Ryan Smith, Chris Baronner and Christine Cao.

Rabens, an agent, is a veteran of Columbia Artists Music working with classical music, and is based out of the New York office.

Smith is also based out of New York, and will focus on DJ clients and electronic music.

He worked at Bond Music Group and established a reputation for organizing underground events for the gay community. Baronner, former senior talent buyer at Chicago’s Metro, is based out of the Midwest headquarters.

Cao joins the L.A. office as junior agent after a four-year run at CAA as an assistant.
