Kip Moore’s Headlining Tour

Kip Moore won’t be waiting around for Lady Antebellum to begin its tour.  The CMA new artist of the year nominee has a headlining romp of his own beginning in Florida in mid-November.  Joining him will be Drake White and Joey Hyde on select dates.

Moore and Kacey Musgraves were supposed to be guesting on the first leg of Lady Antebellum’s “Take Me Downtown” tour that was scheduled to begin Nov. 8.  However, citing scheduling changes resulting from the deluxe release of Golden, Lady A announced earlier this week that the tour would begin in early January, leaving Moore and Musgraves with some unexpected free time on their hands.

Now Moore is filling that gap with a string of headlining dates dubbed the “Burn The Whole World Down” tour.

“‘Burn The Whole World Down’ is actually one of the new songs I’ve been working on for the next album. It just seemed to fit and was something fun we could call this last run of dates … we’re going to go down in flames here at the end of the year,” Moore joked. “The best way to test out new songs is always to play them live for the fans, so I’m excited to get some feedback direct from them.”

Here’s the schedule:

Nov. 15 – Jacksonville, Fla., Maverick’s
Nov. 16 – Tampa, Fla., Dallas Bull
Nov. 21 – New Orleans, La., The Civic Theatre
Nov. 22 – Baton Rouge, La., Texas Club
