Kanye West’s ‘Yeezus’ Changes
The tour started experiencing logistic issues almost as soon as it began. Originally scheduled as the outing’s second stop, the Oct. 20 gig in Vancouver, British Columbia, was moved to Oct. 31. However, a truck transporting his custom-made video truss and 60-ft circular LED screen was involved in an accident that resulted damaging the equipment repair. Not only was Vancouver put on hold but shows scheduled for Denver and Minneapolis as well.
Now we’re looking at a slightly different “Yeezus” routing. Citing “routing logistics,” a message on West’s website states that shows in Vancouver, Denver, Montreal, Minneapolis, St. Louis and Columbus, Ohio, have been canceled and that stops in Chicago, Toronto and Auburn Hills (Detroit) have been rescheduled.
