Pollstar Live! Update

The host Omni Nashville Hotel is completely sold out for the Feb. 19-21 Pollstar Live! Conference. All exhibit spaces and sponsorships have been sold but a limited number of delegate registrations are available.

The scheduled keynote by Michael Cohl has been canceled because of his pending back surgery.

Pollstar is delighted to announce that artist manager Doc McGhee has agreed to step in and fill the slot.

Handling the careers of dozens of artists from KISS to Darius Rucker, Doc will share his thoughts on “The Evolution Of Artist Management.”

The “Meet The Agents, Make Deals & Free Beer” session that follows Malcolm Gladwell’s keynote now has a record 35 companies participating, including every major booking agency in North America.

Nashville has a great reputation for grooming and breaking new talent.

“Building The Next Arena Headliner” will focus on the skyrocketing career of Hunter Hayes and the moves that will soon have him playing arenas.

Louis Messina will moderate this session that will include Hunter and his team including managers Ansel Davis and Betsy McHugh.
