St. Louis Gets Ready

The Grove entertainment district in St. Louis is adding an 800-capacity concert and event center, the Ready Room, which will have its grand opening April with Of Montreal

The Ready Room marks the third, and largest, music space in the district, making it a jumping off point for artists developing to larger rooms such as the 2,300-seat .

Mike Cracchiolo is the Ready Room’s in-house talent buyer and will work with a variety of promoters and aims to present a wide range of artist.

“The programming here will be eclectic as well,” Cracchiolo told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “We want to let the space develop its own identity over time, and we’ll change it a little bit (based on that). A lot of it depends on what works and what people respond to.”
