U.S. District Judge Arenda Wright Allen ruled March 28 “Somebody To Love” by Bieber and Usher doesn’t have similarities in lyrics or style to Devin Copeland and Maerio Overton’s copyrighted song by the same name.

The disputed song appeared on Bieber’s debut album in 2010 and a remixed version of it was recorded for Usher’s album that same year.
