SFX Acquires Management And Agencies
SFX Entertainment has bought TMWRK Management, The Meta Agency and Learned Evolution in an effort to strengthen its electronic music efforts.
The acquisitions will expand FX-1, SFX’s in-house marketing platform. TMWRK is an EDM agency with artists Diplo, Flosstradamus and Ariel Rechshaid, among others. The Meta Agency manages visual and experiential artists. Learned Evolution is a digital branding and marketing agency.
The Meta Agency and Learned Evolution are founded by Justin Bolognino.
