Christopher Hollosy, bodyguard for Chris Brown, is in custody after an alleged assault last October in Washington.
Christopher Hollosy was convicted of assault and plans to appeal.
The bodyguard claims he, not Brown, struck Parker Adams in October in Washington, D.C., near the W Hotel.
Adams was accused by the pair of trying to get on Brown’s tour bus when Hollosy punched him.
Adams claims Brown also punched him. Brown and Hollosy were held in police custody.
Brown is in custody in California where he faces probation issues over his 2009 attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna.
