Moshtix Inquiry Reveals Hacking
An inquiry by ticketing agency Moshtix found that a hacker was responsible for glitches in the the Splendour In The Grass festival onsale May 2.

The person entered a legitimate single account username and password established for Splendour, it said.
Thirteen customers purchased the bogus half-priced tickets and 422 were hit incorrectly with credit card surcharges of up to A$4,000 ($3,750).
“Our view is that it appears from the actions that the intention was to create confusion and concern and damage the Moshtix brand,” Moshtix founder and CEO Harley Evans said.
