A Disruption In The Steve Aoki Timeline
Steve Aoki’s August appearance at New York City’s Madison Square Garden was supposed to coincide with the release of his new album. But now comes word that the disc’s release has been pushed back to September. Guess you know what that means.

If you answered that Aoki’s MSG gig will be rescheduled as well, then you just went to the head of the EDM class. Aoki’s new album, Neon Future I, was supposed to be released Aug. 12 but will now drop Sept. 30 on Dim Mak/Ultra Music. The new release is being delayed to allow for additional production work on existing tracks.
As to Aoki’s Aug. 16 show at The Garden – that’s been changed to a date yet to be announced. But the plan was to have the show follow the album’s release, especially since each ticket includes a copy of the new long player.
Ticket buyers can obtain refunds at Ticketmaster and will be given early access to tickets after a new date is locked down. Visit SteveAoki.com for more info.
