Aldean Tailgating Limited In Pittsburgh

Jason Aldean’s show at  in Pittsburgh will see reduced tailgating hours thanks to previous country concerts in the city that got a little too rowdy and left too much garbage.

Stadium lots will open at 2 p.m. for the July 26 Aldean show. The city will also employ more police for the event, and Alco Parking Corp. is bringing 200 extra portable restrooms in hopes of cutting down on waste. About 39,000 fans are expected at the stadium.

Following the Aldean show, the new tailgating rules will be reviewed and possibly put into effect for other events.

Fans are worried the restrictions will lead to more traffic, as motorists will not be allowed to line up outside the stadium lots before opening.
