Kid Rock Responds To ICP Subpoena

The subpoena, issued by attorneys Jim Rasor and Jon Marko of Rasor Law Firm in Royal Oak, Mich., alleges Kid Rock was given a glass dildo by former ICP employee Dan Diamond and asked him to hand it over.

Rasor Law Firm is representing former ICP publicist Andrea Pellegrini in her harassment case against Diamond, ICP and the band’s label.

Pellegrini claims she was constantly harassed during her tenure, and was “mocked, belittled, and the subject of sexual advances from top-level persons at ICP’s label, Psychopathic Records,” court papers say. In a statement to Michigan news aggregator MLive.com, Rasor Law Firm wrote that Diamond said under oath in July that he gave the dildo to Kid Rock.

“The dildo, which Diamond claims is a work of art, is part of Pellegrini’s sexual harassment lawsuit,” the firm said. “Diamond’s deposition was taken last Friday in Las Vegas, Nevada. “During that deposition Diamond testified that after he had attempted to give Pellegrini the phallic object and she refused to accept it, Diamond gave the piece to performer Kid Rock.”

Kid Rock responded to Rasor Law Firm in a statement on his website that he has “no idea what you’re talking about,” and said he definitely doesn’t have the item in his possession.

“I’ve never heard of, seen, or met any people involved in this case,” he wrote. “But I’m pretty sure you already know that what I do know is that you’ve been dragging my name around in the media to gain attention for your sad ass excuse for a law firm.” Kid Rock also had some choice words for Brian E. Koncius, who represents Diamond in the case.

“I’m told that your client has testified under oath in a deposition that he presented a former employee of Psychopathic Records with a glass dildo, who then allegedly gave the dildo to me? … I’ve never met your client, and I had met your client I’d certainly remember if he tried to give me a glass fucking dildo. “You have done nothing to clear up this blatant lie which makes you to blame too. It is obvious that all you assholes are using my name and notoriety to garner publicity for yourselves, which makes you the worst kind of scum. You’re the types of lawyers that make America a worse place for everyone.”
