Korn Fan Sues LN

A man who claims he broke his back last year at a Korn concert in Maryland is suing the venue and Live Nation for $1 million.

The plaintiff, Kenneth Miller, claims he was at the Live Nation-owned  with his son, who was celebrating his 17th birthday, when a crowd-surfer landed on him.

He said he could feel a snap in his upper back. He claims he crawled to the front door and alerted security who in turn accused him of being drunk.

The lawsuit also mentions the venue has a “Crowd Surfing Prohibited” sign. Live Nation declined to comment.
