Alsina Collapses In NYC

August Alsina collapsed and fell off the Irving Plaza stage and into the stunned crowd Sept. 15 in New York City.

Numerous fan videos show security personnel gesturing for the music to be cut and someone to provide assistance, according to Time. Security reportedly brought Alsina backstage, where paramedics arrived and later loaded him into an ambulance.

The singer was alert enough to wave to fans from the stretcher, TMZ reported. No reason has been given for the 22-year-old Alsina’s collapse, which happened during the third of four concerts in his Testimony Live tour.
